This annual programme is currently one of Viet Nam’s biggest quiz contests.

The final round is expected to be broadcast live on the national broadcaster’s VTV3 channel on 2 September 2018.

At this round, Nhat will compete against 3 other finalists of upcoming quarterly competitions to earn the victor’s laurel wreath hat for this season.

In particular, Nhat won a first prize at the annual Da Nang Youth Informatics Contest when he was a primary school pupil, and received a second prize at a municipal-level chemistry contest when he was in the 9th grade.

The talented teenager also brought home a gold medal at an annual renowned 30 April Olympiad for Year 10 and 11 pupils in the southern region when he was a 10th grader.

Most notably, Nhat has been presented with Certificates of Merit for 2 occasions from the municipal People’s Committee in recognition of his outstanding academic results over the past years.

‘Road to Mt. Olympia’s Peak’, a prestigious knowledge contest on TV for senior high school pupils nationwide, has been organised by VTV3 and funded by LG Electronics.

The winner of this competition is granted a scholarship of 35,000 US$ to study in Australia.
