The Da Nang People’s Committee has announced that employees of local agencies and departments, as well as those of political and social organisations, will officially have 7 days off work (from 14-20 February) for Lunar New Year 2018.  These days are the 29^th of the 12^th lunar month to the 5^th of the 1^st lunar month.

Local agencies, organisations, businesses and family homes, as well as vessels anchored in the Han River, are all required to fly national flags from 15-18 February (the 30^th of the 12^th lunar month to the 3^rd of the 1^st lunar month).
