Last Friday, police officers from the Thach Thang Ward in Da Nang’s Hai Chau District returned lost property to its owners.

At around 8.00 pm on 12 July, a couple namely Sunjung Kion and Minjiu On, both from South Korea, booked a car from their hotel on Truong Sa Street to Ly Tu Trong Street for a dinner.

After finishing their dinner, the foreign couple found that they had left a purse in the car. The purse contained some important personal papers, along with 500 USD and 4 million VND in cash.

However, the Korean visitors couldnot contact the car driver. Soon after, they reported the case to the police officers in Thach Thang Ward in a bid to fully retrieve their lost property.

Thanks to their professional skills, the police officers contacted the car driver and asked him to hand over the property to the foreigners.
