Following instructions from the Da Nang People’s Committee, relevant agencies are implementing the procedures regarding planning and investing in the construction of public multi-storey car parks at 18 downtown locations.

Public biddings for the development of these parking areas will be conducted in a transparent manner and simple administrative procedures in order to select highly capable investors.

The parking garage projects will be implemented under the public-private partnership (PPP) format, with the priority given to the build-operation-transfer (BOT) model.

Accordingly, the 18 specific positions appealing for investment are listed as below:

1. At 255 Phan Chau Trinh in Hai Chau District (1,009.97m²)

2. A residential quarter at the beginning of Nguyen Van Linh, in the Thac Gian and Hoa Thuan Tay wards (2,130m²)

3. At 10 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hai Chau District (615m²)

4. On a section of 2 September Street near its intersection with the western approach road to the Nguyen Van Troi - Tran Thi Ly bridge complex, Hoa Thuan Dong Ward (6.006m²)

5. At 166 Hai Phong Road, Thanh Khe District (5,454.91 m²)

6. An extended part of the Thanh Loc Dan - Hoa Minh area, Thanh Khe Tay Ward (1.000m²)

7. To southwestern site of the junction of Vo Nguyen Giap and Phan Tu streets

8. On a section of Vo Van Kiet, near its intersection with Le Van Linh, Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District (1,162m²)

9. Near the intersection of Ngo Quyen, Vo Van Kiet and Dong Giang streets (1,609m²)

10. To the northeast of the intersection of Duong Dinh Nghe and Ngo Quyen streets
