Helping local enterprises resolve tax problems
As part of its “Coming to the Taxpayers Week” programme which runs from 24 to 29 June, the Da Nang Taxation Department on Tuesday met with representatives from about 100 local businesses. The event aimed to find ways to assist them with their difficulties relating to tax policies and administrative procedures, and to help them to fulfil their tax obligations, as well as to develop their businesses.
During the event, the participants outlined their pressing issues concerning tax policies and procedures. These included vouchers, tax refund procedures, fee policies, and environmental protection tax. They also asked about tax benefits and the best times to enjoy tax payment extensions and reductions, land use and rental fees, personal income tax declarations and finalisations for foreign experts, and how to calculate corporate and personal income taxes.
The Deputy Head of the city’s Taxation Department, Mr Nguyen Dinh An, answered some of the questions raised by the businesspeople. He pledged to present any unsolved problems to the local relevant agencies for consideration.
