The 2014 Spring Fair will take place at the Da Nang International Exhibition Fair Centre at 9 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street between 16 and 22 January. 

To date, more than 150 domestic and foreign businesses with over 320 stands have registered to attend this year’s fair.  Ninety of the businesses are from Da Nang, 55 are from other cities and provinces nationwide, 4 are from the Khon Kaen and Ubon provinces in Thailand, and the remaining one is from Cambodia. 

The fair will showcase a wide range of consumer goods to meet the varied shopping demands of local residents for the upcoming Tet festival.  Products include food, cosmetics, electrical appliances, handicrafts, souvenir gifts, and items from traditional craft villages.

Ten of the stands are from businesses who participate in the city’s programme for making souvenir gifts, along with members from local cooperative alliances.  These businesses will enjoy a 50% discount on their booth rental cost during the fair in accordance with the city’s preferential policies.

The fair opens daily from 8.00am until 9.30pm.  Admission is free from 8.00am till 5.00pm, whilst tickets are required for those who want to visit the fair from 5.00pm.  Free admission is offered all day long for children.
