Fujitsu Vietnam Ltd recently opened a branch office in the Da Nang Software Park at 2 Quang Trung Street.

The General Director of the company, Mr Taro Matsuura, said that Da Nang is one of Viet Nam’s cities with a high information technology application (IT) index.  He added that the city was emerging as the most attractive destination for both domestic and foreign investors, and it is now home to numerous profitable IT projects.  These are the main reasons why his company decided to open a branch office to expand its investment in the city.

Fujitsu Ltd is now the largest IT equipment and services company in Japan, and it is the world’s fourth-largest IT services provider.  Fujitsu Vietnam Ltd (FVL) started operations in Viet Nam in February 1999 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujitsu Ltd.  The company’s head office is located in Ha Noi and branch offices have been opened in Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong and now Da Nang.
