Da Nang People’s Committee Chairman, Mr Van Huu Chien, recently gave approval for the Capital Square Trade Centre No 1 to be built near the Azura apartment building. The centre is expected to open its doors to the public in early 2016.
The General Director of the project’s developers VinaCapital Da Nang, Mr Le Minh Phuc, pledged that construction work would begin during the last 6 months of this year.
Once operational, the 7-storey plus 2-basement centre will become the largest of its kind and the most luxurious centre in Da Nang. It will have a similar design to the Vincom Eden Centre in Ho Chi Minh City. Next to the Capital Square centre, there will be a hotel and 32-storey plus 2-basement building with apartments for lease or sale.
