The number of tourist arrivals to the Son Tra Peninsula went up by 8% year-on-year to 27,000. This growth is partly attributed to the launching of some new tours, including wildlife-watching, going fishing with local fishermen, and diving to discover the underwater world of the coral reefs.
In addition, the Marble Mountains welcomed over 13,700 visitors, whilst other tourist attractions like the Hoa Phu Thanh Resort, and the Suoi Hoa (Spring Flower) and Suoi Luong eco-tourism sites received up to 3,000 tourists each.
