During his meeting last Friday with the Da Nang Party Committee Secretary, Mr Tran Tho, the Managing Director of the Vietnam Brewery Limited (VBL Group), Mr Leo Evers, thanked the local authorities for their support for the city’s branch of his group in the past.  He also remarked that Da Nang is now his group’s main consumer market.  In appreciation of the kind concern of the city’s leaders, the visiting guest pledged to increase the production capacity of the VBL Da Nang brewery in the coming years.  In active response to the city’s “Year for Business 2014” programme, his group will do its utmost to make more significant contributions to the city’s progress.

For his part, Secretary Tho said that the city’s branch of the VBL Group has operated effectively and made remarkable contributions to the city’s budget in recent years.  He added that he hopes the branch will further promote its production as well as reach its goals in the near future.  The city leader also pledged that the local authorities will create even more favourable conditions for the VBL Da Nang brewery to further develop in the city.
