At a meeting on Monday with the Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Vo Duy Khuong, the General Director of VinaCapital Da Nang, Mr Le Minh Phuc, said that his company has poured nearly 200 million  USD into the city to put 3 projects into operation since 2006.  They are the Azura apartment building, Danang Golf Club, and the Da Nang Beach Resort which incorporates the Ocean Villas, Norman Estates and Dune Residences.

To date, VinaCapital Da Nang has contributed over 20.5 million USD in land lease fees, along with 8.6 million USD tax, to the city’s budget.  In particular, it contributed 3.7 million USD in tax and created job opportunities for 700 people last year, 500 of whom are working for the golf club.  In addition, the company spent 50 billion VND on local charitable and social activities during the past year.
