Petrol prices increase by 210 VND per litre

Following approval from the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the price of RON 92 petrol, the most popular type of fuel for motorbikes in Viet Nam, increased by 210 VND to 24,900 VND per litre as from noon on Tuesday.
According to the PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (Petrolimex), the prices of diesel and kerosene also rose by 170 VND and 130 VND per litre respectively, while a kilogram of mazut dropped by 70 VND to 18,590 VND.
This is the third rise in domestic petrol and diesel prices so far this year. On 19 March, the prices of 92 RON petrol rose by 180 VND per litre to 24,690VND.
