The International Vietbuild Exhibition 2014 officially opened at Da Nang’s International Exhibition Fair Centre at 9 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street on Wednesday morning.  Present at the opening ceremony were the Deputy Minister of Construction, Mr Nguyen Tran Nam, the Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee, Mr Phung Tan Viet, and the Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Council, Mr Huynh Nghia.

The event, which features real estate, interior and exterior decorations, and construction materials, has attracted 268 domestic and foreign businesses with over 500 stands.  Of these, 171 are domestic businesses, 63 are joint venture companies, and the remaining 34 are foreign groups and enterprises.  The foreign participants come from Thailand, Singapore, China, Italy, the USA, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries. 

The event will run until 4 May.
