Swiss Government to help SMEs in central region and highlands
A discussion about the implementation of a Swiss-funded programme to enhance the export capacity of Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) via local trade promotion systems took place in Da Nang on Thursday. The event was jointly organised by the programme’s Management Board and its Advisory Board, along with a technical working group.
The programme’s schedule, and the activities which will be implemented in the central region and highlands between late 2014 and 2017, were discussed at the event.
The programme aims to help domestic SMEs to improve their international competitiveness and export capacity. This will play a significant role in increasing the country’s export revenue, and further the development of its exports to international markets. This positive achievement will result from the effective implementation of trade promotion activities nationwide.
