A total of 1,132 apartments, funded from the State’s budget, will be sold by the end of this year. Of these, 286 are in 3 12-storey apartment blocks in Son Tra District’s Nai Hien Dong Ward and these are expected to be priced at least 8 million VND/m2. Revenue from the sales will be used to develop more social housing projects locally in order to help the city to reach its goal of all local residents having their own houses.
Vice Chairman Tuan affirmed that importance will also be attached to improving many degraded State-managed houses and constructing more housing projects for workers in the city’s industrial parks.
