The General Director of the FPT City Da Nang Joint Stock Corporation, Mr Bui Thien Canh, recently revealed that his company is boosting international cooperation to develop a green and smart urban area project in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Hoa Hai Ward.

Mr Canh said that many representatives from the Japanese government, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and Yokohama City’s authorities have already shown special interest in the project.  In particular, a special residential area called ‘The Japanese Village’ will be built at the site in order to satisfy the increasing housing demands of Japanese people who are living and working in the central region.

The Corporation will also enter into a bilateral cooperation agreement with the Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) to develop IT human resources and to open a centre at the site for supporting exchanges of international students.

Infrastructure development work has been fully completed for the villas, townhouses and residential apartment buildings in the new urban area, as well as for its FPT Complex which will provide high-end offices for IT specialists and engineers.
