The Da Nang People’s Committee has recently approved reserve auction prices for the 3-year business rights of 3 public freshwater shower areas in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Hoa Hai Ward.

A 1,968m² public freshwater shower area on the northern side of the Sao Viet Non Nuoc Tourism Area will be auctioned off with a guide price of 125 million VND per year, whilst the 2,718m² Son Thuy area on the northern side of the Marble Mountain Beach Resort will have a reserve set at 75 million VND per year.  The reserve price for the 1,462m² Tan Tra area on the southern side of the P&I Pulchra Resort Da Nang will be 20 million VND per year.
