Under Da Nang’s recent market price stabilisation regulations, local accommodation providers are not supposed to increase their room rates by more than 50% above normal during the period of special events at the end of next month.  The events are the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition (DIFC 2015) on 28 and 29 April, the National Reunification Day on 30 April, and May Day on 1 May. 

As of 18 March, 99.3% of the city’s hotels had presented their room rates to local relevant agencies.

Vinpearl Premium DaNang

Seven local hotels are reporting that they will keep their room rates unchanged during the period.  They are the 5-star hotels Vinpearl Premium DaNang, Fusion Maia Resort, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Plaza DaNang and Fusion Suites Danang Beach, and the 3-star hotels of Sun River, Angel and Minh Toan.
