VinaCapital Da Nang to sell houses and residential land to local ex-pats
At a recent meeting with Mr Le Minh Phuc, the General Director of VinaCapital Da Nang, the Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Mr Vo Duy Khuong agreed with the company’s plans to sell houses and residential land lots within its projects to ex-pats living in the city.
He remarked that the city authorities will allow the company to enjoy either tax reductions or exemptions for imported equipment used at its Danang Golf Club project. In addition, very favourable conditions will be created for the company to transfer apartment ownership rights to buyers at its Azura project.

Vice Chairman Khuong also took the opportunity to ask local relevant agencies to assist the city’s People’s Committee in issuing regulations about selling houses and residential land lots to local ex-pats as soon as possible. He added that the city’s Investment Promotion Centre has faciliated foreign investors to fully tap the local land resources.
General Director Phuc revealed that his company has invested nearly 200 million USD into the city since 2006 in its various projects. The Capital Square Trade Centre No 1, which is now being jointly developed by VinaCapital Da Nang and Vingroup, will be put into use in June.
He added that his company will cooperate with other investors to soon restart construction of the new Da Nang Marina complex. In addition, more villas and residential land lots at other real estate projects will be developed in the near future.
