On Wednesday, work started on the Oriental Sea Villas and Hotel project in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Hoa Quy Ward, Da Nang. 

Developed by the VinaCapital Group, the 50 million USD project covers an area of 11.51ha.  It will feature 250 hotel rooms meeting the international standards of the Sheraton brand name, along with 45 luxury villas of between 600 and 950m² each. The project is expected to come into use in the 1^st quarter of 2018.

Addressing the ground-breaking ceremony, municipal People's Committee Vice Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Tuan highly praised the VinaCapital Group for its significant contributions to expanding the city’s beach resort services.  He also highlighted the group’s great efforts in promoting local socio-economic development with a focus on developing high-quality services.
