A direct flight from Hong Kong landed at Da Nang International Airport at 9:00am on Wednesday carrying around 200 passengers.  This was the first flight to the city operated by HK Express, Hong Kong’s first and only low-cost carrier.

HK Express will operate 3 direct Da Nang - Hong Kong flights per week departing from Da Nang at 9.00am on Mondays, 9.40am on Wednesdays and 6.00pm on Fridays.  The return flights will depart from Hong Kong at 7.25am on Mondays, 7.50am on Wednesdays, and 4.25pm on Fridays local time.  A one-way ticket is priced at 48 USD, excluding fees, taxes and surcharges.

The opening of this service will help to bring more visitors from Hong Kong and other countries to Da Nang, and Da Nang residents and visitors will be able to travel to many countries through Hong Kong Airport.
