Following approval by the Vietnamese Prime Minister, the prices of State-owned units in the 12-storey apartment blocks T1 and T2 in Son Tra District’s Nai Hien Dong Ward in Da Nang have been widely displayed.

In detail, apartments of types A and B cover an area of 50.8m² each, whilst those of type C are 57.6m² each. 

The units in the 2 blocks will be offered at between 347,897,000 VND and 444,823,000 VND excluding value added tax and land use fees.

Buyers are required to pay for elevator use, fire and explosion prevention, non-agricultural land use fees and other related charges in accordance with the city’s regulations.  In addition, they must cover the cost of the apartment maintenance work, which is 2% of the total value of their apartments at the time they sign their purchase contracts.
