Following a recent decision by the Da Nang authorities, 300 resettlement land lots in Cam Le District’s Hoa Xuan Ward and Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Chau Commune will be auctioned off in July.  They are redundant properties after resettlement land lots were allocated to local displaced families affected by the city’s development projects. 

Amongst them, 100 are in the E residential area on the southern side of the Cam Le Bridge in Hoa Xuan Ward, 100 more are in the E2 residential area on the southern side of the bridge in Hoa Chau Commune, and the remainder are in the A residential area in the commune.

Bidders must be families or married couples who have no home of their own, and they must be permanent residents of Da Nang.  Each of them can only make a bid for one land lot.
