Indochina Land, Viet Nam’s premier real estate development and fund management firm, announced on Tuesday that its 4 projects in Viet Nam have already been sold to the Hong Kong-based real estate private equity firm Gaw Capital Partners (GAW).  These projects are the Indochina Plaza Hanoi, the Hyatt Regency Danang, and 2 other projects in Quang Nam and Ho Chi Minh City.

Indochina Land will provide its active support for GAW during the transition period.  The firm also remarked that the sale of these properties would not affect the validity of the contracts signed between the company and owners of apartments and villas in the Indochina Plaza Hanoi and the Hyatt Regency Danang.
