The Toyota Mobility Foundation (TMF) recently signed an agreement with the Da Nang authorities to grant 2.868 million USD to fund an urban traffic improvement project in the city.

The project will be implemented from July 2015 to March 2018 with a focus on improving traffic flows in local urban areas.  In turn, this should contribute to raising the living standards of local residents.

In detail, importance will be attached to developing public bus transportation systems in some local urban areas, creating a public parking system, and providing more equipment for local bus-stops.  In addition, shuttle bus services which connect local residential areas with some of the city’s busy public places will be created.
