On Wednesday, over 5,400 fake, counterfeit, prohibited and poor-quality items were destroyed by staff of the Da Nang Market Management Bureau. 

The items, worth around 2 billion VND in total, included beverages, foods, cosmetics, medicines, electronic accessories, watches, sports shoes, glasses, electronic items, motorbikes and phone cases.  The products had been seized during the year by the local market management force for violating the city’s trade and transportation regulations.
