According to the latest statistics released by the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the number of tourist arrivals to the city in November went up by 14% compared with the same period last year to hit 307,372.  Thanks to this, the city’s tourism sector earned 819.1 billion VND in revenue, a rise of 18.5% against the same period last year.

Between January and November, the city welcomed around 4.35 million visitors, climbed by 23.4% against with the same period last year, and representing 98.1% of the year’s target.  Of the figure, the number of foreigners rose by 30.4% to around 1.2 million, whilst domestic visitors increased by 21.1% to over 3.2 million.  The total revenue of the local tourism sector reached 11,825 billion VND, an rise of 29.8% against the same period last year, and fulfilling 100% of the year's target.
