Da Nang’s 29 March Textiles and Garments Company recently received an emulation flag from the Prime Minister in recognition of its remarkable achievements in leading the patriotic emulation movements of the nation’s industry and trade sector in 2015.  The company was also given an emulation flag from the Da Nang People's Committee in recognition of its outstanding performance during the past year.

In 2015, the company earned 627.7 billion VND in total revenue, an increase of 27% compared with 2014.  Of this figure, the company’s total export turnover hit 53.1 million USD, up 26% against 2014. 

In the past year, the company has spent a total of over 20 billion VND on buying electric sewing machines and other modern specialised equipment to boost its production activities.  Thanks to this, its employees each earned an average monthly income of over 6.8 million VND.

In October 2015, the company received a 2015 Viet Nam Gold Star Award in recognition of its efforts in promoting the city’s economic growth.

The company is aiming to raise its targets for all production activities by at least 10% against 2015, and increase its employees’ average monthly income to 7.2 million VND per month.
