In 2015, Da Nang’s Marble Mountains Tourist Area received 884,077 visitors, and 319,459 of them were foreigners.

The Head of the Management Board, Mr Le Quang Tuoi, recently said that the Tourist Area is aiming to attract more than 1 million domestic and foreign visitors  this year and to reach a target of 13.5 billion VND in revenue.

Measures will be taken to make the Marble Mountains a safer, more civilised and more friendly destination for visitors.  Importance will be attached to fighting against the negative behaviours which have a bad impact on the tourism environment, particularly the harassment of tourists.  Cultural activities and events will be more effectively advertised via the mass media to attract more visitors.
