According to the Management Board for the Da Nang Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects, three more streets will have their present overhead power and communications supplies moved under the ground.  They are Hoang Van Thu, Le Hong Phong, and a section of Quang Trung between its intersections with Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Dong Da.

The cost of the work will come from the city’s Sustainable Development Project.

The municipal People's Committee has already approved similar work on Ong Ich Khiem, Hoang Dieu, Hung Vuong, Ly Thai To, Le Loi, and Phan Chu Trinh.

The work will consist of replacing the existing overhead communications, power and lighting cables with underground ones, as well as upgrading the current drainage systems.

The estimated cost on all 9 streets is 113.55 billion VND.  Of this, 88 billion VND will come from the city’s budget, whilst the remainder will be donated by the businesses using these services.
