Between 16 December 2015 and 15 February 2016, the Da Nang Market Management Bureau imposed administrative fines totalling 4.4 billion VND on 1,802 cases of trade violation.  Included were fines totalling 50 million VND imposed on 6 cases of illegally transporting prohibited items, over 88 million VND on 14 illegal smuggling cases, more than 141 million VND on fake goods and products infringing intellectual property rights, and more than 100 million VND on 145 commercial fraud cases.
