On Thursday, the Da Nang DDIF Investment Co Ltd officially started operations at 1A Ly Thuong Kiet.  The company was co-founded by the local Development and Investment Fund (DDIF) and the city-based Vinadco Investment Joint Stock Company.

The newly-established company specialises in developing urban and traffic infrastructure, civil and technical buildings, public works, residential areas, and industrial parks.

This year, the DDIF Investment Company will cooperate with the company Visaco to build public transport systems on the build-transfer (BT) basis.  It will also coordinate with Vinadco to construct schools in the city, and participate in the local public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
