A model smart home, the first in Da Nang, has just been inaugurated at a show house at the Dat Xanh Mien Trung company-developed Aurora Da Nang City project in Lien Chieu District’s Hoa Minh Ward.

The 1.9 billion VND, 3-storey house has a total floor area of 128m².  It features a modern architectural style, various modern amenities, space saving furniture, and advanced home networking devices.

In particular, there is a swimming pool and a small garden which is ideal for holding outdoor parties and gives users a comfortable and close-to-nature feeling.

The modern home allows its owners to easily control the security alarms, locks and more over the Internet via the use of applications on laptops, tablets or smart phones, especially whilst they are away from their home.

Smart homes are becoming the new trend in urban housing projects.
