Striving to make the city an even safer and friendlier destination for visitors
During his recent interview with reporter Son Trung from the Da Nang Newspaper, the director of the municipal Department of Tourism, Mr Ngo Quang Vinh, affirmed that Da Nang is striving to become an even safer and friendlier holiday heaven for visitors from both home and abroad.
Director Vinh said “Being one of only 11 localities nationwide with their own tourism departments shows the special attention being paid by the Vietnamese government to promoting the development of our local tourism sector. It provides a good opportunity to develop the city’s tourism sector as one of the city's spearhead economic sectors, and to make Da Nang an international-level tourism hub. It will also help the city to enhance its efficiency in managing and developing the local tourism sector”.
