On Thursday, the company Habeco Trading, a subsidiary of the Ha Noi Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Corporation (Habeco), officially opened its new branch on Kinh Duong Vuong in Da Nang.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Ho Thi Kim Thoa remarked that Da Nang is taking the lead in the central region because of its rapid growth.  The opening of the new branch, therefore, will help the company to expand its consumer markets and provide better services for its consumers in the city, and in the central region as a whole.

Deputy Minister Thoa took the opportunity to ask Habeco to continue its efforts to enhance the quality of its products and to increase the efficiency of its business activities.  Their focus should be on developing Habeco’s distribution systems and expanding its market share, as well as affirming its position in both domestic and foreign markets.

Municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh, remarked that the new branch will offer local residents and visitors more options for drinks.  He pledged that the local authorities would create very favourable conditions for Habeco to operate effectively in the city.  He also asked the new branch to obey the business laws, ensure fair competition, and become actively involved in local social activities.
