Savills, Viet Nam’s largest real estate services provider will officially open its first full office in Da Nang, marking Savills Vietnam dedication to growing its business in the property market of the central region.

The new office in Da Nang will offer the full platform of real estate services provided in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, including: research, valuation and development advisory, commercial and residential property management, office and retail agency services, tenant representation, investment advisory and brokerage, as well as residential project marketing and leasing.

Savills has conducted work for clients in Da Nang since 1995, and has had an active presence in recent years, being closely associated with some of central Viet Nam’s most well-known resort and residential developments. The sizeable existing project marketing team already present in Da Nang will be complemented by a professional management team and office premises.
