The one-day tours are: Marble Mountains - Museum of Cham Sculpture - Son Tra Peninsula - Galina Danang Mudbath and Spa; Marble Mountains - Museum of Cham Sculpture - Hoi An; My Khe Beach - Marble Mountains - Nui Than Tai Hot Spring Park; Ba Na Hills Resort; and Da Nang - Hue. A sightseeing boat tour on the Han River and a city tour by cyclo at night are 2-hour trips.
A group of Mongolian reporters recently visited the Ba Na Hills Resort. The tour gave them an opportunity to discover the magnificent beauty of Ba Na, and experience some delicious dishes imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity.
Reporter Togy excitedly said, “The landscape of Da Nang is very beautiful, and local residents are very friendly and hospitable. I will introduce these impressive places we have visited to my relatives, friends and colleagues when I return to my hometown. However, I will not show them the seaside city’s beautiful photos, only tell them how amazing and stunning the landscapes of the city are in order to stimulate their curiosity about the city. Then, not wanting to miss an opportunity to discover the beauty of Da Nang, I am sure that I will return to the city next year with my parents”.
Reporter Sato remarked that he was very impressed by the beautiful Ba Na Hills and the local beaches with their fine white sand and clear blue water. He affirmed that he and his family would visit the city soon in order to discover more interesting places and try more traditional Vietnamese food.
Mr Tran Chi Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department, said “ABG5 has provided Da Nang with a golden opportunity to advertise the city’s must-visit tourist attractions to international friends. Hence, tour registration forms are available at the Main Press Centre to encourage international reporters to try the tours.”
Representatives from local travel agencies have affirmed that international reporters participating in ABG5 are considered as potential tourism ‘ambassadors’ who will advertise the city’s attractive tourism products to their national citizens.
