Under the commitment, the city will organise public dialogues for local businesses at least twice a year in order to promptly help them overcome any operational difficulties.
In addition, importance will be attached to developing online consultancy services for businesses via the city's e-portal, and publicising a hotline for them to have their questions answered.
Heed will also be paid to simplifying administrative procedures for businesses and handling their dossiers in an effective manner.
Greater efforts will be made to ensure that all government officers uphold their work ethics and raise their sense of responsibility in order to ensure benefits to local businesses.
Also, local relevant agencies will strictly implement the city’s regulations about land use rights, construction activities, the environment, and business registration procedures.
Further emphasis will be placed on accelerating the equitisation of state-owned businesses, and developing more support activities for local businesses to help them enhance their supply-demand links.
In addition, local relevant agencies will conduct more inspection visits to local business establishments in order to promptly detect any trading violations.
The city will also focus on promoting the efficiency of its e-government system, and encourage local businesses to conduct their administrative procedures online.
Annual meetings between local authority leaders and VCCI will be held to review the implementation of the agreed commitment in order to promote its efficiency in the years ahead.
