The annual event was organised by The Guide magazine of the Thoi Bao Kinh Te Viet Nam newspaper.

The hotel won the highest number of votes collected from surveys involving reporters and freelancers of The Guide and other publications of Thoi Bao Kinh Te Viet Nam newspaper, along with feedback from their readers, especially those who are foreign visitors and ex-pats living and working in Viet Nam.

The Mercure Ba Na Hills French Village is the perfect place to stay for individual travellers, couples, and families of all ages.  Its customers have access to all the resort’s amenities, whilst enjoying relaxing moments away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Since operations began in 2015, the elegant hotel has been managed by the AccorHotels Group - the world’s leading hotel operator.  All rooms are designed with a classic 19th century European flair.  The units are tastefully furnished, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and immense Ba Na Mountain range.  There are also many restaurants catering to every taste, shopping areas, a large 4-seasons swimming pool, and plenty of nature trails for hiking.

Over recent years, the hotel has organised numerous practical activities for ensuring sustainable environmental protection.  For example, used soaps are recycled and sold to raise funds for local poor children, and the Le Planet 21 coffee shop’s interior is decorated with used items.

Launched in 1999, The Guide Awards are presented annually to enterprises, companies, organisations, individuals and localities throughout Viet Nam which make a significant contribution to the development of the country’s services and tourism.   The Awards have gained in prestige over recent years and earned recognition and appreciation from tourism enterprises and State management agencies.
