According to Ms Duong Thuy Dung, Director of Research and Consulting at CBRE Viet Nam, numerous condotel projects were completed in Da Nang in the 3^rd quarter of this year.  They include the Hoa Binh Green, Central Coast, Coco Skyline Resort, and Ariyana Beach Resort.

Together these projects offer 2,817 rooms for customers.  1,887 of them are luxury rooms, whilst the remaining 930 are mid-range ones.  Over the 3^rd quarter, 1,320 hi-end rooms were already sold, whilst the figure for mid-range rooms were only 279. 

The city will have more 1,000 condotel rooms once some local projects are put into use in the coming time.

Meanwhile, the number of new holiday villas offered in the 3^rd quarter is still modest due to the low volume of such projects in the city.  To date, around 80% of the local holiday villas has already been sold to customers.
