The Hoa Tho Textiles and Garments Company is a typical example.  Mr Nguyen Duc Tri, the company’s General Director, said “My company has so far earned 3,300 billion VND in revenue, a rise of 10% against last year.  Its export turnover also went up by 10% compared with the same period last year to hit 160 million USD.  The average per capita income was around 6.36 million VND per employee per month.  It has already contributed 92 billion VND in taxes to the city’s budget”.

He added that his company is making every effort to complete its orders to meet the increasing shopping demands of local residents in the run up to the coming Tet Festival.

Thanks to taking the initiatives of operating as an original design manufacturer and expanding its export markets, the company has already developed its production plans for the next 6 months.  In addition, the focus will be on enhancing the added value of their textiles and garments products, and meeting the free trade agreement requirements for product origin.

Special attention will be paid to developing new clothing designs to serve customers in different age groups, expanding retail networks across the country, and increasing the quality of their customer care services.

The General Director of the BQ Shoe Company, Mr Phan Hai, remarked that his company’s revenue by the end of this year is likely to have exceeded this year’s target by 20%.

He noted, “Since the start of this month, my company has launched discounts on its products of up to 50%.  A first-ever show for Vietnamese-standard hand-made shoes and sandals will be organised in the city soon. The company will give top priority to increasing the quality of its products, and opening 15 new BQ shops nationwide”.

Mr Nguyen Hong Cuong, Director of the Hong Son Star Auto Company, said that his company is planning to expand its consumer markets to increase its revenue.  He added that the company recently became the sole distributor of Hoang Huy International Viet Nam Company’s trailer trucks in the central region.

Mr Cuong remarked that his company will establish mobile rescue teams which will operate on the 1A Highway to enhance the quality of its customer care services.
