Da Nang Hi-tech park draws 180 million USD investment
Da Nang's hi-tech park has attracted 6 projects valued at 180 million USD from 2 Japanese and 4 domestic investors, said Head of the park's authority Phung Tan Viet. He said the park is also keen on attracting more investors from Thailand.

Mr Viet said the park has completed the 1st stage development of 300ha and started construction of the 2nd stage with an investment of 363 billion VND (16 million USD) on the 1,010-ha park in Hoa Vang District, 20km west of the city.
The park was designed as a hub for green and high-tech investors.
Last week, it granted an investment certificate to the U&I Logistics Joint Stock Company for its logistics project with total registered capital of 14 million USD.
According to the latest reports, to date, the city has attracted 423 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects worth 3.68 billion USD.
FDI enterprises in the city earned revenues of 776 million USD, of which 522 million USD was from exports, and they contributed 112 million USD to the State budget in 2015.
