Two VinaCapital Da Nang-developed projects currently under construction, The Ocean Suites Block B and The Ocean Estates, have been recognised as having full legitimacy for the sale of their luxury apartments and villas.

The Ocean Suites Block B

The Ocean Suites Block B is a luxury apartment building within The Ocean Resort, the largest of its kind in the central region, on Truong Sa.  The 9-storey development will feature 70 apartments offering either 1 or 2 bedrooms.  Each of the apartments, which will cover an area of between 56m² and 104.5m², will be priced at at least 2.3 billion VND.

The Ocean Estates, also part of The Ocean Resort, is a complex which consists of 33 villas, each with 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms.  The villas have an average area of 1,000m² and will be on sale for at least 16.9 billion VND.
