National Assembly launches its 4-star lodge in the city
The National Assembly has opened its 4-star coastal Lodge Da Nang (NALOD) on Vo Nguyen Giap after 3 years of construction.

The project management board said the NALOD, which was built on an area of 3,300m2 at a total cost of 458 billion VND (US$20.2 million), comprises of two 21-storey buildings including 2 basements.
The buildings will provide 250 rooms and 3 conference halls to together accomodate a total of 500 guests.
The inauguration of the 4-star lodge will serve the 2017 APEC Economic Leaders' Week in Da Nang from 5 - 11 November.
The city has developed more than 500 hotels and resorts projects, providing at least 26,000 rooms at a capacity of 10 million tourists per year.

In 2016, 5.6 million tourists, of whom 1.67 million were foreigners, visited the city and its popular attractions.
To date, the city has developed 16 tourist property projects with 749 villas in total, of which 609 are for sale and 140 for lease.
Tourist real estate remains a favourite investment magnet in Da Nang, attracting 25 FDI projects worth US$1.8 billion.
