Japanese company to invest in over 100 million US$ tourism project

Japan’s Mikazuki joint stock company is planning to pour over 100 million US$ into the existing Xuan Thieu Tourist Area in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang.

This is the largest FDI capital into the city’s tourism real estate since the start of this year, following the municipal government’s official approval on 13 October.
Covering an estimated area of 11.5ha, the Japanese-invested project is expected to feature a service complex which comprises a 5-star hotel, water and amusement parks, a food court and other auxiliary facilities.
Currently, the Xuan Thieu Tourist Area covers an area of 62,366m2 and it features 2 separate subdivisions. This venue’s construction density is only 25%, and the maximum number of storey is 19.
