A total of 5 super-sized and super-weighted beer tanks have been transported by the Da Nang-based Multi-Modal Transport Holding Company (Vietranstimex)’s vehicles from the Tien Sa Port to the construction site of the expanded Heineken Vietnam Brewery project in the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park.

Each of the 5 ‘giant’ beer tanks measure 23m in length, 7m in width and 7m in height, and weights 37 tonnes.  This was the first time such goods had been transported in the city.

In an attempt to ensure the smooth transportation of the super-heavy goods, importance has been attached to carefully selecting the optimal transport route in order to ensure traffic, as well as fire and explosion prevention.
