Da Nang People’s Committee Chairman Huynh Duc Tho recently approved the creation of a walkway allowing public access to the Bac My An Beach at the cost of more than 2.1 billion VND funded from the city budget.

The footpath will be located at between the Furama Resort Danang and the Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Khue My Ward.

The soon-to-be-opened footpath will help to create airy space connecting the beach with nearby residential areas, as well as to promote public beach use for the general public, and enhance the beauty of urban landscapes.

Under the project, focus will be on tiling the pavements, planting trees, placing signboards, and installing lighting systems along the walkway.

As per the request from the municipal government, the municipal Management Board of Traffic Project Investment and Construction is in charge of managing the entire project.
