The violations consist of the unlicensed construction of a component in part of the project, and the lease of some upper floors while the final acceptance of the lower part of the building by relevant agencies has yet to be conducted.

Of the total fine, 40 million VND was imposed for the unlicensed construction, whilst the remainder was for the illegitimate lease.

This complex is developed by the Bach Dang Hotel Complex Service & Trading JSC.

Having detected the violations, the Hai Chau District authorities asked the investor to dismantle the illegal construction items. If the project’s investor fails to meet this urgent requirement within 60 days after detecting the violations by the district authorities, relevant agencies will conduct the dismantlement in accordance with the national laws.

The Bach Dang Hotel Complex features 2 towers designed with 2 basements and a 4-storey-podium each.

The 29- storey Hotel Tower meets the 5-star standard, and it is named Hilton Da Nang and operated by HILTON WORLDWIDE.

The other tower, with 25 storeys, provides luxury apartments, offices for lease and a commercial center. The tower is named Heritage Treasure Da Nang (HTD) and operated by Savills Vietnam.
