The Bach Dang Night Market associated with a pedestrian area will be established along a section of Bach Dang between its intersections with Binh Minh 5 and Tran Thi Ly streets in Da Nang’s Hai Chau District on a trial basis.

Covering an area of 3.29ha, the around 40 billion VND project will feature 64 fixed stalls, and 298 mobile stalls which will be placed on the 600m-long road. These stalls will sell fashionable clothes, bags, footwear, food and drinks, souvenirs, handicrafts, and more.

In addition, there will be a space for street arts performances, a square for organising cultural events, an office for the Market Management Board, an entertainment area for children, a public toilet area, and a parking area.

Notably, visitors to the night market will also have the opportunity to take sightseeing boat tours in order to explore the beauty of the city, especially its beautiful bridges, at night.

Municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairman Dang Viet Dung underscored the importance of making Bach Dang downtown night market different from others in the city to offer great shopping, dining, and entertainment experience for locals and visitors.
