The highest residential land price in Da Nang has been fixed at 98.8 million VND/m², according to the municipal People’s Committee Chairman-approved new land price list which came into effect on 11 February.

In particular, the top price is applied for land lots on main wide streets located in inner-city areas in downtown Hai Chau District, and coastal routes in the districts of Son Tra and Ngu Hanh Son. Included are Nguyen Van Linh, Ham Nghi and Vo Nguyen Giap.

Meanwhile, the lowest price of 250,000 VND/m² is set for residential land lots in suburban Hoa Vang District’s mountainous Hoa Bac Commune.

Apart from residential land, the prices of commercial-service land and non-agricultural land used for production and business purposes are also mentioned in the list.

The list prices are mainly used for calculating amounts payable by the people to the State such as land use fees, registration fees, fines for administrative violations of land regulations, and others.
